Had this on Meatless Monday which is called Green Monday in Hong Kong.Anyway, due to popular demand, this is always sold out before you can order it so I can't understand why they don't make more to cope with the demand.I was quite surprised it was tasteless because the clear mushroom gravy was very bland and it was so weird they garnished it with sweet seaweed.The aubergines were oily and soft as they always are at Fairwood.
