Poor service; very frustrating experience

We are very disappointed with the level of service tonight especially given the high pre-paid price you have to pay for Valentines Day.  Because they try to get you to order drinks you end up having to pay a drinks bill at the end, but it is unacceptable to have to ask 5 times for the bill and then wait 30 minutes for someone to drop it on the table and run off without waiting for the credit card.  My wife had to try and get another 2 people to take the card.  We were also disappointed with the

We are very disappointed with the level of service tonight especially given the high pre-paid price you have to pay for Valentines Day.  Because they try to get you to order drinks you end up having to pay a drinks bill at the end, but it is unacceptable to have to ask 5 times for the bill and then wait 30 minutes for someone to drop it on the table and run off without waiting for the credit card.  My wife had to try and get another 2 people to take the card.  We were also disappointed with the food and drink quality, especially the fish which was given to us cold and the cocktails were awful.  It totally ruined the mood and was a very frustrating experience.
