As well as modern raindrop cakes, they have the traditional one too with brown sugar and bean powder,

I was lucky that day because they ran out of the mint molecular balls so they made a fresh batch infront of me.




The raindrop cake was so much bigger than other ones I have tried.
It was nice with chocolate syrup and mint, something that you won't be able to try elsewhere.
The pairing of chocolate and raspberry would also be good.
