First impression is everything and this restaurant certainly excels in making a terrible impression on customers and scare them away. The queuing process is ridiculous and the receptionist's manner is terrible and cheated to customers as we waited for over 45 mins and never saw them calling any numbers for bigger tables. She told us we only needed to wait for one table while we saw empty tables inside and people who booked but were late for over 30mins still got the table. The service is extreme

The service is extremely slow. Took for ever to clean one table.
I would have given the restaurant 0 score to all criteria if there's such ranking.
