Classy night, my man and I decided to have a romantic night out, so we had picked Shangri-La for a weekend stay. We spent the whole day in the hotel, enjoying their restaurants and facilities, we went to Angelini for dinner, we ordered their Chef Andrea's Degustation Dinner Menu, $788 per person, and you could add $300 for five glasses of paired wine.I am a big fan of paired wine, because they don't just throw you some cheap house red house white, they assure each wine match the dish you order.

If your dish is light, you would offer you a glass of crispy texture wine or bubble. I like the feeling of being treated luxuriously with knowledge and class, not in vulgar tycoon style. Money spending isn't about flashing, it has to well spent.
Not much comment on the food, they all pass, all above standard, I like the veal the much.
If you want a nicer view, you'd better request when you book, if not you end up having a seat like mine (facing a tree), I am ok with it haha but I know many people wouldn't like it.Don't expect Macau 5 stars casino decoration, here it is cozy and umm maybe old Brit style? Warm wall tone and yellow dim light.
*Fine Dining makes me think of my mother, she always encourages me to try all kinds of things when I was a child, even till now.
