A new jap food place @ Tai On Building.Tried a few of its sashimi/sushi and skewers. Skewers perform better as a whole.Starting with the sashimi/sushi. The raw salmon is ordinary, so as the tuna. Among others, I would say the salad-dressing-scallop sushi tasted the best. However, the sushi rice is generally lack of vinegar flavor. The skewers inadvertently surprised us. Save the cheese rice cake skewer, they are mostly delicious. The grilled tamagoyaki with salad dressing is piping hot and eggy. The chicken wings are crispy and well marinated. The bean curd skewer is creative and worth trying. They are only either $10 or $12 each.
Can come back for their skewers which were grilled with patience.
