Food [comment from Tea set perspective, definitely not from lunch and dinner perspective
since the level of attentiveness and effort are different] (Taste 3/10 Plating 2/10

Overall comments:
If you are a local HKer, I recommend here for friends gathering. View is nice. You have
better choice for family gathering and for a date. Would choose other comfy
& relaxing environment for wine & dine, chit & chat and romance.
If you are a tourist, see my comments above, it’s applicable. I would give you a headsup that
the cold service here is not representative for the good or even standard service
HK hotels provide.
If you had been to quite a few Michelin 3 stars restaurants in HK and around the world
like me, this is not a place that you will come again. However if I have time I
will try their lunch/dinner in order to give more holistic comments.
