I had wanted to try Beard Papa's in ages. This time saw their promotion during Sogo Anniversary Sale and decided to try. It cost $35 for 2 pieces of 餅乾系列. I was told that the crust tasted a little bit strawberry. There was an option to pick the cream inside, including 原味, 朱古力, 曲奇味. I had thought the cream had already been put inside. The base of the puff looked like this. I tried one chocolate flavour and one cookies and cream flavour. The crust of the puff was very very crunchy although quite free of strawberry flavour. As soon as we bit it, the cream inside was immediately squeezed out. The cream was very smooth and quite rich. The chocolate cream was much more tasty than cookies and cream as the latter didn't taste like cookies and cream at all. Quality was quite good although the price of $17.5 each was really not cheap.
