There are lots of options for soups in Sheungwan like Souper Authentic 球哥燉湯, 靚湯王 at Dor dor eatery (with rude service) and Souprb which is new.What makes Soupreme special is that they are recommended by Michelin and their noodles are fantastic with lots of options for vegetarians.The only thing I dislike is the menu because it is difficult to comprehend.The lunch sets are filling and tasty, especially the ox tail which is soft and comes off the bone easily.I also chose the red rice as a healthy
