Courgette Salad, Tomato Salsa with Sardine
The salad was quite colourful and with a lot of variety. The tomato salsa was very refreshing, and having sardine in a salad was quite innovative to us.

A dish recommended by the staff, although we did plan to order this too, as we saw a lot of ham in the store, as well as chef slicing them.
There were 5 kinds of ham of different months (64 months at most? If I remember correctly), and thus with different flavouring and intensity. Quite enjoyable trying different ham at a time, while not feeling too salty nor surfeited.
Wagyu Rib Eye
This was AMAZING!!!! The rib eye was so nicely flavoured and done. It was a memorable one. I hope they keep the consistently for my next visit!
