I wasn't really bothered with the corn because it was just placed on top to garnish hence it was cold.
Most ramen joints serve spring onions but here they give you Chinese chives which was interesting.
The ramen was flat and broad like tagliatelle but with it was firmer with a chew like udon.Moving on to the broth, one was not spicy with a strong miso taste and the one I had was to my liking as I chose medium strength for the Sansho pepper which has a numbing effect on the palate.
Overall highly recommended if you like spicy cuisines and for people who like Sichuan numbing style dishes.
