White christmas cakeThis was a round cake, dusted with coconut, it was pure white and quite Christmassy.If it was shaped like a snowball, even better!The mousse surrounding it was white chocolate flavoured, and inside there were berries, initially I was alarmed because they looked like red beans, but they were berries in the end.Overall, the proportion of mousse, berries and cake could have been better, there was too much mousse in comparision to the cake.The sweet berry filling was ok.Starbucks
