Curry Tonkatsu - Tender pork cutlet. The starchy potatoes had absorbed the sweet and thick curry sauce. Jammy marinated Ran-o was served on side along with truffle-topped chawanmushi made with gingko, chicken and shrimp. I could just never get enough of eggs!
