This Tuna Mille-Feuille was layered with Avocado, Scallion Mascarpone, Tuna tartare with Quinoa, covered by a layer of Yuzu jelly. It’s quite a creamy combination.
This is the Chicken Meatball with Hollandaise Sauce - the meatball tastes really good itself, I would like it even more if it comes with the raw egg
