Worst service I’ve ever received. Was hoping the new re-opening meant improvement, how wrong can you be?For the first time in my life I actually refused to pay the service charge. Highlights:* starter: bread arrived in time for dessert, after asking twice* drinks came after main course finished, asked 3 times - just tap water would have been fine* have to walk over to staff to get any attention* wait staff dismissive, and frankly unable to perform basic duties of their job* terrible food: 2 of t
For the first time in my life I actually refused to pay the service charge. Highlights:
* starter: bread arrived in time for dessert, after asking twice
* drinks came after main course finished, asked 3 times - just tap water would have been fine
* have to walk over to staff to get any attention
* wait staff dismissive, and frankly unable to perform basic duties of their job
* terrible food: 2 of the 3 dishes lacking any flavour, and have zero side salad; hard bread
* good orange juice, if you ever get it
* to top it off: unable to bring bill to table, go inside to pay!
It wasn’t even that busy, maybe half full.
Staff didn’t care at all even as we refused to pay service charge. No hint of an apology offered.
Never returning, this was already their second chance from bad experiences in the past.
