Restaurant staff was promoting the Crystal Jade Membership by downloading the App and to spend a certain amount in 60 days to enjoy more bbenefits.   The staff said that the QR code on the receipt to record the transaction will be valid for 7 days and this was also what stated on the receipt as shown.  However, when I tried to  record the transaction on May 27, which was supposed to be the last validity date, it says that the code is no longer valid.  I wrote to the office and the reply was that

Restaurant staff was promoting the Crystal Jade Membership by downloading the App and to spend a certain amount in 60 days to enjoy more bbenefits.   The staff said that the QR code on the receipt to record the transaction will be valid for 7 days and this was also what stated on the receipt as shown.  However, when I tried to  record the transaction on May 27, which was supposed to be the last validity date, it says that the code is no longer valid.  I wrote to the office and the reply was that the code would only be valid until MAY 26  and insisted that I referred back to the T&C stated in the App.  I found this to be totally irresponsible and dishonest.  The receipt stated “within 7 days “ but the reply was only 6 days........

AM surprised to know that they are starting this membership program aiming to bring repeated and loyal patrons, the service provided by their “Member Service” team was just poor.........
