Brunch club has recently released a new seasonal menu (launched on 1 Aug), comprising of 4 courses, in à la minute style, with a homemade smoothie or freshly mixed juice🥤.For appetiser, you get a choice between carpaccio and tempura. As for the main 🍽, you have an option of 3 items. To go along the seafood theme, we opted for the salmon and prawn risotto. Executed perfectly - the pan-seared salmon was exquisite, decorated with deep fried sweet potato, with homemade ravioli beneath and served with an indulging carbonara sauce😝. This is certainly one of my favourite dishes amongst all. It’s golden crispy on top, but perfectly tender flesh was soo satisfying to eat 🤩.
Whilst the elegant red prawn and asparagus risotto was an exposprepared with a rich stock and ticks the boxes. The grainy rice is al dente and the the prawn was super tasty😌.
