The burger is served almost open and with so much shredded cabbage that it looks like it will be impossible to close but the squidgy texture of the croquet meant that it actually all held together easily. Likewise, the bread is that squish-able (cheap?), and slightly sweet kind which I remember from childhood, once compressed it doesn't spring back. This kind of bread is actually great for burgers, it makes them easy to hold and fit in your mouth. The croquet itself was pleasant but mildly flavoured, a slight, sweet flavour which may or may not have been pumpkin, but the contrasts between the crunchy bread-crumbed exterior and soft, puréed pumpkin inside was very enjoyable. As for the fries, they were nice and fresh this time, maybe a little more salt would have helped though.
The service here way definitely above what you would expect at a typical fast food joint. I was welcomed by one of the waiters who was cleaning and serving tables, the person who took my order was polite, my food was brought to me (despite being given one of those buzzy things which other places use to call you to the counter), and upon leaving the same waiter promptly cleaned up my table and wished me a good day. Either he is just a very happy person or MOS treat/train their staff well.
