Urban was one of the first places I’ve gotten breakfast from when I first moved to Central, HK. It’s a great place to be for breakfast, as the lines are not very long and the food is average. I really like the way they make their eggs here. It is more watery when compared to the way they make it in the states. I believe it's because they add milk to it. During lunch they serve a great Duck Confit sandwich, which is supposedly their signature dish. I've had it and I must say it's got the flavors aligned, but could use a bit less salt. I would definitely go to Urban for a quick breakfast or lunch. It could get hectic during lunch time!
