Went to a Wedding Banquet which is just like attending a concert at the Coliseum in HK.The banquet doesn't normally begin until 9pm.Luckily, they have food for hungry guests before the banquet starts.The food was average, but the fake fried rice was delicious because it was eggless and it wasn't cooked in a wok.You could taste it was boiled rice mixed with msg, charsiu and shrimps just how the way they do it in Chinese Takeaways in UK, but in UK the fried rice is cooked in a wok before serving t
