I stumbled across Rossi’s whilst visiting Sai Kung. What a find…. I learnt they just opened their shop in Jan 2023 after years of private catering. I’m glad they did.Pizzas are hand made, you can see the chef doing his magic. Fresh dough with authentic Italian ingredients, wow…Don’t come here if you want pineapple on your pizza! Pizzas are hand made, you can see the chef doing his magic. Fresh dough with authentic Italian ingredients, wow…Don’t come here if you want pineapple on your pizza! The pizza’s are the best, like you would experience in Napes.

Whilst you wait for the prefect pizza then offer authentic low and slow smoked meats. Reminded me of my time in Texas. A taco or bap with slow smoked pulled pork or brisket….. is there anywhere in HK offering this quality meats? You gotta visit and try!
