過去超過10年, 每次來澳門都必定光顧的食店, 以前去的是舊店, 這次的士司機說舊店已搬往百老匯, 便去新店試試. 下午2時40分到達, 只點了兩份麵食, 蝦籽撈麵及雲吞撈麵加一柸茶. 等了15分鐘, 什麼都沒有來. 一位年紀較大的侍應說麵已在煮, 很快,很快. 又過了10分鐘, 來了蝦籽撈麵. 同伴只用了6分鐘便吃完, 我的麵還沒有來. 又嬲又餓, 便跟侍應說取消, 她如釋重負的說不好意思, 那即是說在過去的超過30分鐘跟本沒有處理我的單! 我認為真的很過份. 吃麵是輕食, 總不能要人等那麼久吧! 而且這店機本上是貴得過份. 蝦籽撈麵要75元, 收費貴都算, 最基本要給人家食物吧! 而且店內當時也不忙. 我認為是請了太多冇經驗員工, 3位侍應有兩位年輕人, 路過定必迴避你的眼神, 而且黑口黑面. 廚房也只有一位看來年紀較大的廚子, 另外一位也是年青人. 除非你不介意別人當你是傻瓜, 並隨意打劫你的荷包!For over a decade, we pay visit to this small restaruant everytime we are in Macau.
For over a decade, we pay visit to this small restaruant everytime we are in Macau. We were told by the taxi driver upon arrival that the old shop was closed and they now moved to Broadway at Cotai. We arrived at 2:40pm and ordered just two plates of noodles and a cup of tea. After 15 minutes, nothing had arrived and the waitress told us the kitchen is already cooking our food and it should be soon ready. Another 10 minutues gone and only 1 dish arrived and it only took my partner 6 minutes to finish that small plate. I was angry and piss off and told the waitress to cancel my order. To my surprise, she accept the cancelation with relief. Surely the kitchen didn't at all start cooking my order! This restaurant is well known of it's pricy food yet in my opinion if the quality is good, then people probably won't mind to pay. However, having the need to wait for over 30 minutes for just a plate of noodle is rather rediculous. The restaurant is full of inexperienced staff and they are constantly showing faces to you. If you don't want to be rip-off, you should avoid this restaurant which we will never go again!
