We've been to Nga Tim several times over the last year and have enjoyed it every time. Have not had a bad dish there. Some of the stand outs include roast sucking pig, roast sea eel, sea bass baked in salt, stewed oxtail in chinese wine... The sangria is good but not great (you can get better in Macau). Overall, one of our favorite restaurants in macau.
