ckygackt: 好硬..... 你試下放多 d 牛油 or 放少 d 雞蛋 (or even 唔落雞蛋試下先) 硬的原因可能係你 d 曲奇粉太濕, 我初初學都試過, 之後唔落雞蛋就好鬆脆, 你做到之後再控制雞蛋的分量, 應該就 ok 架啦. 祝你成功!

Crisco shortening (起酥油) can be found at Citysuper, Great (Pacific Place) and Complete Deelite. Citysuper has it in smaller size, but the other two places sell it in large size only. Shortening is a substitude of butter / margarine. You can use vegetable oil in replace of shortening. I tried this way by replacing same amount of shortening by vegetable oil. Of course, the recipe owner should know better.
