看似主打為酒吧的裝修,有戶外及室內選擇,驚喜發現抵食午餐。其中一個服務員是餐廳的合夥人,是位法國人,他很友善亦主動與食客交談,並講述他的故事,及餐廳近期的活動。在中環區的午餐時段,眼見有超過一半以上的食客是外國人。Still or sparkling water 免費供應。午餐之食物:磨菇湯味道好,但稀。個Cobb salad 非平時Cobb salad 的材料:煙肉、雞胸肉、烚蛋、牛油果、藍芝士皆欠奉,只有番茄、生菜同一些假蟹柳絲,所以放棄影相。兩個主菜我們選了要加錢的盲曹(+$40)和肉眼扒(+$90),兩樣都好,由其是肉眼扒,全個餐加一連免費bottled sparkling or still water 及餐茶/啡 $240. 我的薄荷茶有Twinings 茶包再加上新鮮薄荷葉,認真!當日的甜品是lemon tart with gelato. 我朋友跟有法國藍帶資格的甜品師傅學藝,她也覺得這裏的lemon tart 正宗。聽法籍合夥人說,gelato 是每日自製的。 繼續閱讀

The Sanctum is an exceptional dining experience that I have frequented numerous times recently. The delectable food and exquisite cocktails have consistently left me craving more. One dish that truly stood out was the fish and chips, a tantalizing creation that stands as one of the best I have ever tasted in Hong Kong. The fish was impeccably cooked, boasting a crispy and golden exterior that gave way to tender and flavorful flesh. Paired with perfectly seasoned chips, it was a symphony of flavors that left me in awe. The Sanctum's dedication to quality ingredients and meticulous preparation is evident in every bite. Had the opportunity to visit “The Sanctum” once for dinner under recommendation by a friend.The food is delicious and the drinks stunning!After have realized that they are open for lunch as well; didn’t miss the chance to visit and their cuisine is very good with reasonable price (considering the position).Favorite dishes: chicken taco, beef quesadillas, chicken popcorn, baked Camembert as bar bites while for dinner will recommend whole baked barramundi and thick cut steak!A must go! 繼續閱讀
