一向鍾意日本酒吧嘅vibes,今次遇上中環大館內嘅Gishiki Lounge @gishikiloungehk 💃🏻🕺🏻呢度以日本傳統表演藝術「能劇」為靈感🎎,按酒感、口味同濃度,由淡雅到濃郁,分成「序(Jo)」、「破(Ha)」、「急(Kyu)」三部曲🎼每部曲內cocktails酒感維度相若,客人可按不同口味,在不同部曲內揀返合適自己嘅cocktails;三部曲以手繪古典扇子呈現,好有feel🪭✨✨💁🏻‍♀️💁🏻‍♂️今次每人每個部曲都點咗一款,交換試下可試齊六款,見住侍酒師調製不同酒品,過程治癒😻.🪭序(Jo)🝮大飛出 |O-Tobide將泡泡打到綿密到,可疊到三層高,先吃一口泡泡,係士多啤梨味,連埋cocktail一齊飲,甜中帶微酸,味道清新.🝮十六|Juroku係Pina Colada變奏版,以冧酒做base加入椰子油、椰子汁🥥,表面加上細密菠蘿泡泡🍍,杯邊外圍其中一面劃上紅豆蓉🫘,味道比傳統版本多一點清新香氣,清爽而有層次👍🏻.🪭破(Ha)🝮Hannya |般若cocktails主體由焙茶、gin同citrus shrub調製而成,另有一小杯放住洛神花冰塊,冰塊壓成般若模樣👹,唯妙唯肖,將cocktail分段倒進,飲一口有一陣玄米茶香氣🍵,待洛神花冰塊漸溶,味道會有不同層次🫶🏻.🝮Kawaza|阿津以冧酒做base, 加入接骨木莓、黑豆蔻和菠蘿,杯邊抹上黑檸檬粉,酸度、䶢度配合得宜🖤🤍.🪭急(Kyu)🝮Shoji清爽版Martini,口感更利落👋🏻😽.🝮Yamanba |山姥Rye Whiskey🥃加上香菇、黑松露,最後放上蔥芽點綴,想不到呢個配搭又work🤝🏻先飲一口,菇香飄逸,食一口蔥芽再飲,味道更有層次✨✨,玩味之餘味道不錯,有種份子料理感覺😆.❥佐酒小食🝮Sweet Potato & Lotus Root Crips 甜薯紫薯蓮藕片🝮Tazukuri 日本小魚干兩款送酒啱晒🤝🏻 繼續閱讀

所講的是中環大館地庫的隱世酒吧𝐆𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐤𝐢 𝐋𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐞 🍸🥃🍹酒吧以日本傳統能劇作為主題👹能劇大部分演員都會拎扇子做道具,因此酒單都印在3把扇上面🪭扇子上亦有能劇中不可缺少的面具👺每一杯都代表著一個角色,真係別具心思‼️三把扇子分為「序」(Jo)、「破」(Ha)和「急」(Kyu),Cocktail的濃烈度會由淺入深以獨特的配撘帶客人體驗這場能劇🦹🏻‍♀️💃🏻🪭「序」(Jo)是能劇的開始,比較輕盈、易入口、香甜的Cocktail🔸【大飛出】𝑶-𝑻𝒐𝒃𝒊𝒅𝒆顏色好sharp🩷 好打卡able的Cocktail,以氈酒、清酒調成,再加上仙人掌果果汁、上層的泡沫是由士多啤梨汁打成🍓甜蜜感🆙🔸【十六】𝑱𝒖𝒓𝒐𝒌𝒖呢杯有少少似Pina Colada,Rum酒做Base加入左椰子油、椰子汁,比較重椰香味🥥杯上的紅色pattern係用紅豆蓉去抹上的,而上層的泡沫更加會飲到菠蘿味🍍味道香甜亦好有層次感!🪭「破」(Ha)味道比較醇厚和帶酸度🔸【般若】𝑯𝒂𝒏𝒏𝒚𝒂👹最鐘意一定係呢一杯,般若即一種日本民間鬼怪,杯中的洛神花冰正正整成般若的模樣👺再加埋氈酒、cold brew hojicha、4 citron shrub💛(橙、西柚、檸檬、醋),可以慢慢倒入洛神花冰,會飲到酸酸甜甜,有少少似lemonade的感覺🍋🔸【皺尉】𝑺𝒉𝒊𝒘𝒂𝒋𝒐呢杯herbal感會重啲,除左有紫蘇葉的清香,仲加入柚子、玫瑰、水菜,整體都比較清新。🪭「急」(Kyu)酒精濃度最高,主要為鹹鮮味而且比較醇厚🔸【平太】𝑯𝒆𝒊𝒅𝒊用上Beefeater 24 gin,加入火龍果、Blue Cheese,味道比教濃烈。🔸【惡尉】𝑯𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒌𝒐𝒃𝒖印象最深的係呢杯飲落會有陣陣咖啡香味,加上栗子的微甜🌰味道係咁多杯中最強烈💥值得一試,適合留返最尾先飲。📍#Gishiki Lounge (#中環美食 #中環酒吧)#中環 荷李活道10號 #大館 1座LG1樓01-LG103號舖 繼續閱讀

每次來這間酒吧總是人頭湧湧,為了好好品嚐他們的雞尾酒,這次特別在開門沒多久到訪,看到很多熟識的雞尾酒名字,但內裡卻做了一些小變奏,令人充滿期待。點酒的時候會有三把扇,將酒分了三個 濃烈度,每一款都有一個故事,讓你一邊喝一邊代入其中。🔹近江女冰凍的杯邊塗上一抹澀中帶香的抹茶,雞尾酒有鮮明的miso鹹味,和抹茶的澀撞在一起容易入口同時很有層次。🔹大飛出這杯顏色鮮豔的人雞尾酒有一層好好的芒果泡沫,調酒有仙人掌肉、士多啤梨等,入口甜度比較高,果香很鮮明,女士們可以考慮這一杯。🔹Fudo 用和風杯子盛載的Fudo放在煙燻櫻花木盒中,一邊喝的時候一邊聞著香香的煙燻味,味道很特別,加在裡面的玄米茶比想像中更突出,辛味中帶茶香。🔹Shiwajo喜歡草本味的話這杯酒最適合不過,泡泡的清新感和裡面的rose很搭配,酒味明顯強烈多了,但因為有紫蘇和水菜,這份草本的清新感讓你更容易入口,也不會甜。大家來這裡除了細味它們的特色雞尾酒外,不妨也點一下佐酒小吃,四款小吃中最意想不到的是Peanut Butter Miso曲奇😆想說這麼會給你餅乾,結果發現它鹹甜鹹甜的味道不但可以醒酒,還同時吊起雞尾酒的味道☺ 繼續閱讀

Price: $138 +10%𐀑 𓈒𓏸 𝐎𝐦𝐢-𝐎𝐧𝐧𝐚 近江女𐀑 𓈒𓏸 𝐎-𝐓𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐝𝐞 大飛出𐀑 𓈒𓏸 𝐃𝐨𝐣𝐢 童子𐀑 𓈒𓏸 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐣𝐨猩々𐀑 𓈒𓏸 𝐅𝐮𝐝𝐨 不動𐀑 𓈒𓏸 𝐊𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐳𝐮 河津𓈒𓏸𓐍在朋友帶領之下,到訪了位於大館以日本能劇為主題的酒吧!暗淡的燈光,加上能劇面具非常有氣氛!連餐牌也是以三把布扇造型,分別代表三個主題:「序」包括了四比較輕盈和香甜的雞尾酒、「破」味道比較醇厚和帶酸度、「急」酒精濃度較高,帶鹹鮮的味道而且較醇厚雞尾酒全部都是以能劇中的角色命名,用的材料也帶有濃厚的日本氣息,試了幾杯都非常好喝!其中印象最深刻的就是【不動】清酒木器裏放了燒得冒煙的櫻花木上再放上陶氣酒杯,用了少見的玄米茶作為主調調製,跟威士忌&米醋風味平衡之餘,也帶有接骨木花的花香!【近江女】在玻璃杯上的濃郁,抹茶配上帶有鹹鮮味道的酒津配搭非常新鮮【大飛出】非常適合拍照,氈酒和清酒的香氣和表面的士多啤梨味泡沫配搭也很好喝!Themed with Noh, a traditional Japanese dance-drama, the underground mixology bar 【𝐆 𝐢 𝐬 𝐡 𝐢 𝐤 𝐢 𝐋 𝐨 𝐮 𝐧 𝐠 𝐞】permeates the mystic oriental vibes. From the dim lightings, cocktail and menu designs to Noh masks hanging as decors, it was really an immersive experience with the Japanese Noh Theatre culture!In classical Japanese Noh dance-dramas, there are 3 verses: “Jo (序) ” with meaning close to an overture; “Ha (破)” similar to an interlude ; lastly “Kyu (急)” being the climax. The 3 verses are symbolised with 3 paper fans as the menu, with 3 levels of alcohol contents, characters to be appearing in the 3 verses respectively.My favourite was 【𝐅𝐮𝐝𝐨 不動】, which was served in a sake server holding burnt and smoking sakura wood. This brings an extra depth of smell during the tasting process, and I really fancy how the genmaicha is perfectly balanced with the whisky and rice vinegar, holding onto that floral flavour from the elderflower.【𝐃𝐨𝐣𝐢 童子】was made out of homemade tomato consommé, and mixed with Copenhagen Long Pepper Aquavit, caviar and other spices. 🖤🤍 It was a mesmerizing journey to a realm where the art of mixology converges with the captivating essence of Noh Theatre at Gishiki Lounge.🪭We embarked on a mesmerizing gastronomic adventure through 3 chapters 「序」(𝐉𝐨)、「破」(𝐇𝐚)、「急」(𝐊𝐲𝐮)that delighted our senses and left us in awe. 🎭🍹🎭 "序" (𝐉𝐨): 𝐎-𝐓𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐝𝐞 🌟 ($𝟏𝟑𝟖 /𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐤)❖ It was inspired by a vibrant mask, a true celebration in a glass. The combination of gin, prickly pear, mikan sake champagne acid, and a hint of strawberry air created a refreshing and jubilant drink. The playful touch of hubbleyun watermelon bubbles added an extra element of fun. Each sip was like a burst of joy. 🍓🍹✨🎭 "序" (𝐉𝐨): 𝐉𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐤𝐮 🌟❖ It was inspired by the charm of a young nobleman, a tropical paradise in a sip. With spiced rum, coconut, pineapple foam, and a touch of Anko paint, it delivered a velvety and indulgent experience. Every sip took us on a journey through layers of coconut and pineapple, leaving a luxurious sensation on our palate. 🥥🍍✨🎭 "破" (𝐇𝐚): 𝐅𝐮𝐝𝐨 🔥❖ The Fudo cocktail embodied the fiery spirit of the God of Fire. With whisky, rice vinegar, elderflower, and a roasted finish, it packed a bold and intense flavour. It ignited our senses, capturing the essence of flames and leaving a lasting impression.
