❀ Vivant restaurant #中環 ❀❗失望而回blacklist名單 性價比超低嘅bistro ❗——————————————————之前喺網上見唔少人大推呢一間中環bistro嘅千層薯仔,之前經常爆滿🫡最近朋友生日終於成功book到,點知大失所望😖餐廳細細,只能夠容納10幾個人。Menu選擇唔多,主要為助酒小食,主菜大部份都要約$400,份量唔多,價錢都頗為進取🥵.✷𝑀𝑒𝓃𝓊✷☞ WHOLE WHEAT SOURDOUGH BREAD $68 (3.9/5)酸種麵包已經算係唔錯,酸酸地得來又幾重麥香。冇諗過嗰晚原來係會靠呢幾個麵包醫飽個肚😶🌫️.☞ POTATO MILLEFEUILLE SMOKED EEL RILLETTE (2PCS) $88 (3.7/5)嚟到我哋最期待嘅千層薯仔,將薯仔切到一層層堆砌起來,賣相非常吸引。滿心歡喜以為係非常香脆嘅薯仔,點知中間比較硬,口感冇想像中咁突出🥲表現加咗煙燻鰻魚醬汁,有鰻魚燒汁酸酸甜甜嘅味道,少許特別,不過又稱唔上去好好味。.☞ BRAISED BEEF CHEEK SAUCE MEURETTE $408 (3.7/5)牛面頰肉質軟腍,入口即散,口感不俗。不過醬汁真係太過鹹,喊到條脷有少少傷咗。。。☹️.☞ VEAL SWEETBREAD & CHICKEN VOL-AU-VENT, SAUCE PÉRIGOURDINE $488 (3.9/5)Veal sweetbread小牛胸線喺相對特別啲嘅部位,口感有啲似好腍嘅豬扒,我幾鍾意🤣另外仲有少許雞肉,就相對鞋。中間有個酥皮裝住炒香咗嘅蘑菇,幾惹味。兩個主菜我較喜歡呢一款。.☞ CORNBREAD COFFEE MAPLE SYRUP BUTTER $88 (3.8/5)最後唔少得試埋呢個多人推介嘅cornbread。口感其實好似Madeleine,不過有淡淡嘅粟米香,唔算好特別🤓可以搽上咖啡楓糖牛油,味道鹹鹹甜甜會豐富啲,不過朋友就好唔鍾意佢嘅牛油味。——————————————————✨整體味道: 3.7/5 ✨環境裝修: 3.8/5✨服務態度: 3.5/5✨性價比: 3/5✨再訪興趣: 2/5.💞整體來講大部份菜式都有啲失望🥲而且喺一間小餐館,主菜要$400都頗貴🥵加上份量唔算好多😶🌫️仲要當日即使唔係好多客,基本上每道菜都要等約30分鐘,最後食咗成三個鐘😖

去到等咗40分鐘先上第一個菜,係個所謂嘅甜品,已經係全餐飯最好食嘅餸。成個餐廳至少有四至五個service Staff,每一個時間段都唔超過三台客,第二個餸係等咗差唔多兩個鐘先上。唔單只係我台嗰個台係咁,係每一台都咁慢。嗌咗個monk Fish極度難食,又乾又硬。個short ribs都係超級難食,個醬超級傑而且極度鹹。我自問煮嘢食難食都會煮得好過佢。嗌咗個海膽意粉上到嚟係凍嘅。完全唔值呢個價,千祈唔好嚟,上當!After arriving and waiting for 40 minutes, the first dish was served. It was a so-called dessert, which was already the most delicious dish of the whole meal.There are at least four to five service staff in the entire restaurant, and there are no more than three tables at any time. The second dish arrived first after waiting for almost two hours. It's not just our table that's so slow, every table is so slow.The monk fish was extremely unpalatable, dry and hard. The short ribs are super unpalatable, and the sauce is too thick and extremely salty. I am a terrible cook but confident I can make a better dish. The sea urchin spaghetti arrived cold and tasteless.It's not worth the price at all. Don't go and don't be deceived!

經常full house 的擺花街fusion French bistronomy 週五的晚上即使訂了枱 也要等一會才能入座 Menu選擇不算多 食物精緻但為 bite size 比較主打佐酒小食 菜式尚算有特色但價錢略為進取 招牌薯仔千層酥必食 配上鰻魚蛋黃醬 在香港也較少嘗到Milliefeuille 🥔甜品的cornbread也令人驚喜 外脆內院配上咖啡楓糖牛油 🧈令人一口接一口地食下去😋另外點了 Charred Squid🦑 & Hen Egg Tagliatelle in pumpkin Sea Urchin Sauce🍝 還開了一支由侍應介紹的red wine🍷口感感覺比較薄身普通 之後才發現是寧夏出產的 ============🤑: 1 bites 1 entrees 2 mains 1 dessert + 1 bottle of wine= around $630 ppRating: 7.5/10
