聽講呢間居酒屋幾好食,平時都好多人,book咗位先去穩陣啲。今次book咗星期四嘅6點鐘,仲可以walk in,不過好快就坐滿人~清酒煮蜆 $78啲蜆都大隻厚肉,煮出來嘅湯好香酒味,清甜冇腥味,最後連湯都飲曬。(利申平時唔飲酒)味噌燒蠔 $48呢隻蠔都大隻,食落唔似味噌味,覺得係芝士白汁味,好好味,燒到啱啱好,咬開係好嫰滑好juicy ~串燒 $20-28/串嗌咗雞軟骨、雞腎、帆立貝同荔枝豚肉卷,雞軟骨,雞腎都正常發揮;帆立貝鹹香,啖啖肉,燒到啱啱好唔鞋口;而個荔枝豚肉卷非常驚喜,未試過呢個配搭,賣相唔講仲以為係燒肥腸,一嗒食落去,爆荔枝汁,甜鹹味再加埋少少油脂香,好好食!濃湯蝦烏冬 $128嗌咗個烏冬做主食,湯底雪白,好重蝦味,仲有一堆櫻花蝦做配菜,更加鮮味。成碗烏冬有四隻大蝦,好厚肉,蝦夠新鮮,肉質彈牙。烏冬就係稻田烏冬嘅口感,滑而彈牙,最後仲有啲海帶索湯汁,好味滿足~原味乳酸$58呢杯野係碳酸味益力多,都幾好飲,不過少貴~
