約了友人來吃個韓燒,首選自然是正宗高級韓牛店。雖然是平日,當天全場坐滿,而且幾乎清一色是韓國人,似乎得到大量韓國人認可。韓牛直接由韓國進口,附有QR Code可看到牛肉的詳細資料。店內有小房間,可自成一角。座位之間有一段距離,空間感十足,大約8000呎,坐得非常舒適。寶露露草莓($25),草莓味較甜,可解辣。寶露露蘋果($25),蘋果比較清新,是比較流質的乳酪。青葡萄汁($25),內有晶瑩的葡萄粒,入口如啫喱。梨汁($25),內有爽口的梨粒,與青葡萄汁的口感不同,甜度相約。米酒($88),來韓燒少不了米酒,能嚐到米香,酒精味不會過濃,喜歡喝酒的可點一瓶。牛里脊($380),我最愛的高級瘦肉,個人認為更能嚐清牛肉厚實的質感和濃郁不帶過多油脂的牛肉味。店員幫忙燒牛里脊,再放入一個碗中,不怕牛肉因燒得過久而變韌。五花肉($168),友人最愛的五花肉。肥瘦相稱,燒過後的五花肉散發出誘人的肉香,吃下去既脆口又軟滑。拌着隨附印上店舖招牌的爽口菇吃,能吃出不同層次的口感。包肉蔬菜($40),有不同類型的新鮮蔬菜和辣椒,全部都適合拌肉吃。把燒好的肉放在蔬菜中間,然後把蔬菜捲起,便能同時嚐到蔬菜的鮮爽和
