實在太挂住日本,今日係九龍城試左呢間日本餐廳~真係好似去左日本居酒屋甘~呢個龍蝦睇相都已經好吸引~必叫!Hamataki 本家造純米吟釀(720ml)($680)今日waiter推介我地試佢地係日本釀製的Sake~入口甘甜~櫻花蝦冷豆腐 ($48)前菜我地簡左鋪滿日本櫻花蝦,冷豆腐好開胃~伊勢海老燒 (半熟龍蝦🦞、海膽、龍蝦粥/湯) ($698)龍蝦好新鮮,上枱後個頭仲識郁,半熟嘅龍蝦肉口感突出,大大舊嘅龍蝦肉,外層爽口內裏甜嫩,配埋海膽刺身入口,加強咗龍蝦味嘅層次😋真係一試難忘!我地選擇咗將龍蝦頭加工煮成龍蝦粥,等咗一陣就有得食~龍蝦頭有好多膏好多精華,龍蝦粥味道非常濃郁,粥嘅口感會啱啱好🤤 份量都好多,食晒真係好飽肚!黃油牡蠣($138)炒得好香好惹味,每一粒蠔都好肥美~唔會腥!仲有好多雜菌配菜~日本鷄腎串($38)及厚切和牛舌心串燒($68)原來燒物都有驚喜!雖然等左一陣,但絕對唔馬虎~夠味而且燒得夠熱!蒜心豚肉串($38)最後再追加一串豚肉~豚肉偏肥少少油脂好夠~雖然無咩叫主食,但我地已經非常飽,下次再試其他野~餐廳唔係太大,所以記得book枱,我地當日係坐到爆哂~
