呢間居酒屋環境氛圍令人覺得好relaxing,Menu有3 sets選擇,好似食串燒omakase咁。我同老公分別揀左「雛菊」同「紅葉」,每set都有7款串燒/燒物同1份燒飯團,亦附上蔬菜盤、師傅秘製醬汁同3款調味鹽(咖喱鹽、柚子鹽、竹炭鹽)。串燒本身已調好味,就算唔點醬汁同特味鹽都已經好夠味道好好食👍🏼🌼雛菊set入面我覺得雞腎串好好食,非常爽脆;紫蘇葉魷魚串幾特別,魷魚食落有嚼勁都夠彈牙,配上帶點薄荷味道既紫蘇葉;燒飯團我第一次食,脆既飯粒好似食爆谷咁,亦唔會痴牙,放左係枱一段時間紫菜都仲夠脆。🍁紅葉set入面免治雞肉軟骨棒最吸睛,雞肉軟骨棒口感軟身,食到既軟骨部份都好易咬開點上蛋黃醬油食甜甜地好好食;紫蘇葉豬肉串同黑豚肉大蔥串比較相同;燒帶子兩粒都大大粒,好入味。其他串燒都好食既,整體黎講質素都高👍🏼
