今天晚上與家姐行山林道,行了整條街,就給這間日本餐廳吸引住,眼見bar枱上的壽司師傅十分用心的樣子,就決定一試。因為今晚是walk in,所以安排坐bar格,想不到十分之適合二人傾計。眼前的串燒爐,香味四溢,所以叫了幾串串燒試試,那多春魚串燒,燒得十分香脆,連頭都食埋;另外,大蔥雞肉串燒,雞肉燒得岩岩好,很多肉汁,Yummy! 還有叫了三文魚腩刺身,十分厚切,亦新鮮度十足。火炙三文魚腩壽司簡直是入口即化,完全不用咬,十分滿足。我身為三文魚愛好者,當然叫埋鹽燒三文魚鰭,外脆內軟,超正。之後,仲有牛油果鰻魚卷,見到師傅的心思,整這個卷也用了15分鐘時間,手工美食。一邊品嘗美食,一邊談天說地就最好不過了。
