等左好耐,終於有機會試鼎爺私房菜。揀左$888個menu + 古法焗魚腸。第一道菜衣裏面既阿爺叉燒已經好有驚喜。叉燒有厚切同薄切,都係外脆內軟,不過厚切就juicy d, 薄切就有入口即融既感覺多d。醉鮑魚既酒味濃郁,入口一d都唔苦。椰皇燉雞湯,椰子味好香,好正。古法焗魚腸,上面既油炸鬼同下面既焗蛋好配,蛋內有陳皮,食落口完全唔腥,仲有脆脆地既感覺👍🏻。其實食到紫氣東來已經有10成飽,不過富貴雞同荷葉飯既香味,令我都忍唔住食左d. 富貴雞好juicy, 就算食雞胸都滑,荷葉飯夠乾身,正👍🏻
