豊勝手丼幾年前已經食過,當時仲喺謝斐道,鋪仔細細只坐得十個人,但啲海鮮丼飯都唔錯,仲可以好似車仔麵咁自由配搭,黎開附近staycation,見倒原來豊勝手丼搬左去V Point,店面大左坐得冇咁迫,就趁check in前食個lunch先。店內有分普通餐枱同壽司吧檯,可以容納大約30個食客。豊勝手丼新店雖然冇得好似以前咁自由配搭魚生款式,但海鮮丼款就多左好多,生嘅熟嘅都有,除左丼飯,亦有烏冬,價錢由$68至$338,豐儉由人。午市定食都幾抵食,由$68至$148,全部包左沙律、前菜同味噌湯。沙律雖然簡簡單單只有沙律菜、車厘茄、粟米同蟹籽,不過酸酸地都幾開胃。前菜汁煮蘿蔔牛肉,牛肉唔會太韌,蘿蔔好腍又冇渣。廚師精選壽司定食配腐皮烏冬($138) - 哩個定食包左八件壽司同一碗迷你烏冬,份量都好足好抵食。壽司八件都唔同,有馬刀貝、海膽、火灸比目魚邊、帆立貝、赤蝦、真鯛、三文魚同油甘魚,每一件都有光澤唔會太乾爭爭,壽司飯亦握得夠實,唔會一夾就散開。其中我比較鍾意馬刀貝同赤蝦,因為前者好爽口,後者就鮮甜又爽彈。酸薑旁邊仲有玉子,唔會太甜。烏冬幾滑仲有啲彈口,上面有半塊腐皮,甜甜地幾好食。白桃梳打
