平夜夜聖誕節呢D日子,最唔想的就係出街食西餐時要被迫叫聖誕套餐而又味道又麻麻地所以呢,今年就選擇左食日本餐,貪佢唔會有Special Menu,可以平日價錢食餐飯。點知呢....都唔算係一個好正確的選擇呢度最出面係一個$398蚊的海膽杯,但係份量只係得一隻香檳杯咁上下。同肥妹決定省D錢,食其他野算威化入面裝著海膽、蟹肉豆腐、帶子、青瓜,當中以蟹肉豆腐味道最突出,前菜黎講幾清爽老老實實,我就真係唔明搵D火係個底部燒酒精有咩作用,除左燃燒時有少少酒香真係唔知做乜...海膽以火槍燒過後其實咩甜味同香味都冇哂,加入帆立貝雖然甜味增加了,但係偏偏再加上沙律醬,最後味道就只係得番沙律醬同埋入面的厚燒蛋味道。有時候....搞花臣未必係好事黎既..重要成148蚊,真係浪費了食材 燒牛舌味道OK,但係略為烘得太乾身,表面有少少過硬影響口感。而且成$48一串,其實價錢相當貴下海膽丶蟹肉同埋三文魚子都係我喜愛的食材,但係溝埋一齊其實冇咩意義,味道無特別好食左的感覺醬油的味道係成碟菜的失敗之處,太咸太濃,令到海膽丶蟹肉的味道完全冇哂,得番個「咸」字,相當失望!究竟點樣先可以造就到一個200幾蚊的面?我唔清楚.
所以呢,今年就選擇左食日本餐,貪佢唔會有Special Menu,可以平日價錢食餐飯。點知呢....都唔算係一個好正確的選擇

味道其實就好似將滑蛋鰻魚飯的材材放係個面入面,味道唔錯,鰻魚亦都幾好味,竹炭面亦都好滑身。
但係228蚊一個面,性價比始終太低...
