到K11附近做中藥護髪,做完想食好些,原來附近有間日本料理,推門進去,簡單嘅裝修,數張枱椅,十分適合三五知己來聚會北海道生粟米 ($40)新鮮嘅粟米,十分清甜爽口,和平時食開嘅熟粟米是兩碼子嘅事,是消暑之選豚肉野菜沙律 ($80)喜愛日式沙律因爲好多時都是用上芝麻醬,呢間仲要分開上,既可以品嚐蔬菜嘅清甜,又可以按自己喜好加入醬汁,而且豚肉肥瘦適中,肉味濃郁刺身拼盆 ($486)一向好佩服日式餐廳嘅廚師,成日都覺得佢哋係美術高手,每碟餸菜都賣相一流,呢碟刺食亦唔例外,一供叫了5款刺身,有赤鮭魚($126)、竹簽魚($100)、左口魚($100)、深海池魚($100)及赤貝($60),好鮮甜,我最愛赤目魚,輕輕燒過,魚油流晒出嚟,肉質仲好結實海膽牛油果卷 ($160)是一個反卷,牛油果在中心,仲有紫菜,海膽就放在上面,牛油果同海膽其實都好味濃,沒想到出奇哋夾,仲好軟滑添,再加埋片脆脆哋嘅紫菜,層次豐富燒牛小排 ($55)用竹簽串起嘅小牛排,一共有四件,厚厚的,燒得剛剛好,睇落去已經好想食,一啖咬落去,肉質嫩滑,仲好juicy燒雞軟骨 ($28)一碟兩串,每串五粒,燒至金黃色嘅雞軟骨,香脆唔
