契妹要去尖沙咀攞野,急搵小肥契哥幫忙做柴可夫,見酬勞係晚飯食日本野喎,當然係收咗工即刻趕去啦 !尖沙咀並非自己地頭,泊好車就由契妹帶路去咗棉登徑一家叫「上岸料理」o既日本餐廳。餐店門面及室內o既裝修均以木為主,簡潔企理。店內用上大小盆栽及假花裝飾 ,感覺健康正面。散座全為合併式二至多人木造枱櫈。點菜由俾錢o既契妹發辦,不過大多都係應經理姐姐推介o既菜式 。 前菜(免費贈送):海哲青瓜爽脆惹味,少辣醒胃 。 北海道生粟米($40):姐姐介紹當日啱啱收到北海道新鮮運到o既粟米,屬未黎得切寫上黑板o既小食,建議生食最正。其實肥肥家族每年都好期待食生粟米,一聽到有得食小肥對眼當堂發哂光 。生粟米爽甜又多汁 ,果然冇令人失望。 松葉蟹肉海藻沙律($34/杯):透明杯內o既沙律層次分明。墊底o既海藻極為清脆,松葉蟹肉鮮甜幼嫩,份量又足,配上酸甜透光o既柚子醋啫喱食,分外清新開胃,$34一杯真係好超值 ! 刺身拼盤($480):拼盤內含五款刺身,分別為左口魚薄切、吞拿魚腩、赤貝、火灸竹籤魚及魷魚。左口魚薄切清香輕盈。魷魚煙韌潤滑。赤貝爽脆鮮甜。吞拿魚腩溶於口中,軟滑肥美 。火
