今日到觀塘,順便吃埋午膳,觀塘工厦隱藏不少美食店鋪,「i Kitchen」都是我喜歡享用西餐的地方。田園沙律~沙律菜伴有少許的芝士碎,的確為沙律菜增添了味道!南瓜湯~香甜綿密的南瓜湯用麵包條舔吃,別有一番兒時趣味。白酒牛油焗比目魚伴蕃茄莎莎配蔬菜~我喜歡比目魚配合白酒牛油烹調,魚皮香脆,肉質滑、肉汁豐富,十分美味,伴BB辣的蕃茄莎莎吃,是健康的配醬,更令胃口大開。香煎鵝肝牛柳紅酒燒汁配白飯~鵝肝煎得外脆,內軟滑,入口即溶,隨即散發滿口甘香,沒料到可以配白飯,其實也是好的選擇。最心儀是粉嫩的牛柳,賣相相當吸引,嫩滑牛柳伴紅酒燒汁,味道及層次又別具一番風味。伴碟的三色醬汁是用蔬菜烹煮,也是餐廳的特色之一。凍飲是日甜品~芒果布甸,不要輕視小小一件甜品,它是一個完美的句號!
