老掌櫃,我都已經食咗佢好多年,由佢一開頭得一間大角咀兜踎小舖食到而家搬咗利奧坊,同埋荃灣西都有分店。首先每次去到都一定要食嘅,就一定係口水雞,佢果醬整得好好食,可以掛得住d 肉,調味亦都非常之恰當,我一定會將所有汁攞晒去撈飯食,口水雞其實就唔算好辣,不過真係好惹味平時都係食乾煸四季豆,今次食嘅係黃金四季豆,直頭當佢係送酒小食,咁都非常之正。豬肘花真係非常之平平無奇,另外豬耳亦都比較普通。是日最伏既係水煮牛魚,佢用龍利柳嚟整水煮魚,今次好奇怪地啲龍利柳係非常之霉,口感極度差。啲牛就正常發揮。高力豆沙就真係覺得好好食,本身甜度控制得唔錯,仲要新鮮滾熱辣咁樣拎出嚟真係好難忍口
