本身前一日想打電話比餐廳request留蛋糕同寫名,
但由晏就一路打電話到夜晚,都冇人聽電話🤷♀️
好彩今日上晝餐廳打電話來confirm booking,所以落到reqest😂
六點幾去到餐廳,稍稍安排就入座,
餐廳唔大,但佈置好有特色~

因為呢個湯主打紅菜頭,所以比我地平時飲開嘅羅宋湯更鮮紅色~
聽人講烏克蘭羅宋湯會偏酸D,香港人未必接受得到,
我覺得ok嘅,不過都係鍾意港式羅宋湯多D😂
湯面有舊酸忌廉,不過撈埋落去之後,又唔多食到有分別😝
呢個湯未飲過係可以試下嘅~

牛脷好多件,放滿晒個盅度~
牛脷整得幾淋幾夠味😋
塊酥皮本身係蓋係盅上面,同牛脷一齊焗,
上枱之後,staff會剪開4份,方便食~
不過個酥皮同我預期中有D落差😂
本身諗住係龍蝦湯個D酥皮,點知係餅類物體(?!)
點汁食係ok嘅,但就咁食有D硬同乾🤷♀️
我都係鍾意龍蝦湯D酥皮多D😢
同埋呢個,因為牛脷份量幾多,加上係🧀芝士汁,有D膩~
如果少人食的話,真係要諗諗先叫🤔

本身睇落好似平平無奇,就普通薯餅加酸忌廉,
碟底好似幾油下😂

呢個又係好好食😂
切雞扒個陣,落刀第一下,已經有🧈牛油噴左上來,慢慢切開,D牛油流滿晒碟😍
外皮好脆,就算攤完一輪先食,都仲係脆嘅😋
不過雞扒(?!)感覺似雞胸多D😂
但食落唔韌,可能因為中間D牛油,所以都幾好食~
🥔自家製薯片,唔係炸到好脆個種,
反而係有少少淋同煙韌,幾特別,點埋隔離個汁好好食😋
所以我地之後特別叫多碟炸薯片🤣

所以又叫一碟😂
上枱時,staff都強調係自家製,
不過唔洗佢講,食落就知一定係自家製😂
成碟薯片好快又清晒~
但唔知係咪D鹽撈唔勻,有幾塊係偏鹹🤦♀️
同埋如果有返基輔炸雞扒個醬點住食,就好好了……

有D似木槺蛋糕同千層蛋糕兩溝咁~
入面有D堅果,食落有D野咬下~
個蜂蜜幾好味😋
不過如果一個人食晒成件,應該都幾膩下,
最好兩個人share食~

最後埋單 $1212,四個人食,人均 $303,性價比好高👍
食物好有特色,出面餐廳唔係度度都有~
不過staff服務上,可能要好少少😐
因為係叫上甜品時,staff有少少黑面😓
同埋我地七點九左右走,咁岩走個陣見到隔離枱係我朋友,所以企左係房仔門口吹左幾句,個staff感覺好唔耐煩咁🤦♀️
知道餐廳忙住翻枱,但可以禮貌少少講聲,我會識做的……
