呢間台灣菜好特別,有埋點心可以叫。一開始食無太大期望,因為乜都有通常都係比較平凡,但呢間餐廳啲台灣菜真係好食既。我地一開始叫左個皮蛋豆腐做前菜,佢有好多肉鬆,因為我好鍾意食肉鬆,所以真係好鍾意個前菜,而皮蛋同豆腐都係好夾。然後叫左個三杯雞做主菜,個三杯雞啲肉堅嫩,同埋唔會太濃味,真係唔使食飯,齋食餸都可以,咁當然佢都有少少油既,不過啲油係曬底,面個層唔油,呢個好食。上面兩個可以唔食,但個炒蜆真係好正,我係第一次食到咁鮮甜既蜆,仲要啲蜆既份量好多,食極都係個殻度,啲千層塔既味好濃,可能因為咁對比到啲蜆仲鮮,停唔到真係佢地叫個菜做炒A菜,好彩有圖片,如果唔係都唔知係乜,其實係蒜蓉炒油麥菜。個菜好新鮮。我地叫左個麵share,好正宗台灣味真係,同台灣食到既一樣,唔知係咪太正宗,同香港既有少少分別,我竟然有啲唔慣😂。總體都係好出色既一餐廳,下次黎試下飲茶。

然後叫左個三杯雞做主菜,個三杯雞啲肉堅嫩,同埋唔會太濃味,真係唔使食飯,齋食餸都可以,咁當然佢都有少少油既,不過啲油係曬底,面個層唔油,呢個好食。

上面兩個可以唔食,但個炒蜆真係好正,我係第一次食到咁鮮甜既蜆,仲要啲蜆既份量好多,食極都係個殻度,啲千層塔既味好濃,可能因為咁對比到啲蜆仲鮮,停唔到真係
