和藏居酒屋開業短短大約半年已經口碑載道,據知最大賣點為一系列日本直送清酒琳琅滿目,例如北海道、東北、關東、關西、四國、沖繩等。餐廳內設有展示櫃展出當日時令海鮮,而食物方面刺身、壽司、炸物、串燒等都一應俱全,當中更不乏新派創作料理如鵝肝海膽紫蘇卷、花膠地雞肉棒等,價格於中上環區而言亦算親民。吉列明太子雞翼 ($58) 去骨釀滿明太子雞肉餡略帶辛辣,配上明太子沙律醬更顯明太子鹹香。吉列日本三陸蠔·蟹肉他他醬 ($128) 炸蠔外層酥脆且鮮甜多汁,他他醬加入蟹肉提升鮮味,酸酸甜甜亦能中和油膩感。季節刺身盛合 ($588) 包括大拖羅、深海池魚、金目鯛、帆立貝及牡丹蝦各兩件,鮮度毋庸置疑。當中最驚為天人當然是大拖羅,入口油香四溢,肉質軟嫩豐潤。煙三文魚忌廉芝士卷 ($88) 面層舖上兩片煙三文魚鹹香濃郁,原粒忌廉芝士綿滑醇厚,與煙三文魚向來是天作之合,赤醋飯亦濕潤飽滿並不過份鬆散。燒宮崎A4和牛肉眼 ($338) 表面燒至微脆略帶焦香,中心保持粉嫩而肉質柔軟細膩,油脂入口即化口感豐腴。華味鳥·柚子蘿蔔 ($118) 雞皮燒得有如半煎炸一樣焦脆香口,肉質鮮美彈牙毫不乾韌,配搭柚子蘿蔔蓉酸爽清新。
