上個月落老蘭飲聖誕啤,發現區內有間成晚都咁爆場o既「Steak Bar」有吉列牛扒食,當時即約同醉貓細姪搵日去試一試。2018年o既第23日,二人終於夾到黃昏時段,人家啱啱開舖時去幫襯。小店面積唔大,散座全為二至四人o既高櫈,六點半後已全場爆滿,絕對係區內o既人氣餐廳。中央有個開放式廚房,透明度極高。黎得老蘭喎,埋位當然係要先啤一啤佢啦!兩口子早已鎖定「吉列炸牛扒」為目標,所以每人就各自叫咗份套餐。另外再分多兩款小食。吉列炸牛扒($188):除咗吉列牛扒之外,套餐仲包有前菜、沙律、同白飯。前菜麻醬豆腐白滑幼嫩,清香又惹味。沙律都好清爽。嘩,白飯不但粒粒飽滿熱辣,混入細佬最愛o既「振り掛け」紫菜芝麻碎,當真十分滋味!吉列炸牛扒連同閃著藍火o既燒爐上。炸牛扒上枱時只係兩成熟左右。小肥平時食牛扒雖則最愛見紅,但係哥哥仔解釋話吉列炸牛扒其實越熟越,六七成熟都唔會覺得啲牛肉老嚡。果然如佢所講,吉列炸牛扒越熟越鬆軟,越熟越多汁,入口層吉列炸皮仲要化於口中,真係超好味!雞軟骨餃子(專顧套餐可以優惠價$45加配):雞軟骨餃子一客五件,皮薄餡嫩脆,如果可以乾身少少就更加完美。吉列炸蝦(專顧套餐可以優惠價
