知道AIRSIDE有文創市集當然要同朋友去下啦,順便睇下呢個開幕不久既商場,晚上就揀左呢間有氣氛既餐廳。蝦米爆谷 (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)雖然呢個菜式叫蝦米,但蝦既大小就唔係蝦米咁細粒,反而十分大隻,每隻都爽口鮮甜,食得出用料好新鮮,唔會係比d霉左又或者得陣雪味既蝦你。加上餐廳既炸漿十分薄身,唔會粉仲厚過蝦,炸得外面酥脆,內面鬆化,配上酸甜既他他醬,食到唔停口。香草大蒜墨魚汁蜆扁意粉(⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)筆者好喜歡呢個墨魚汁扁意粉,平時好多餐廳既墨魚汁都會係伴入醬料入面,食到成個咀都會變黑,但餐廳既墨魚汁扁意粉就係製作意粉麵條既時候已經加入墨魚汁,所以食個陣就無呢個尷尬情況,而且仍然保留到墨汁既咸香鮮味。另外雖然睇落意粉冇咩醬汁,但成碟既味道卻有著香濃既香草同蒜味,加上少少辣,好好味。培根蛋黃卡邦尼意粉(⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)卡邦尼意粉就食得多,但要好食就唔容易,但餐廳煮得十分講究,意粉麵條煮得十分煙靱,唔會好軟好粉漿咁,而且條條分明瀝乾晒水,變左掛上醬汁既時間特別濃沃野味。醬汁方面有濃濃既蛋黃香氣,配上忌廉同培根既油香,提升左成個意粉既味道層次。Truffle Mushroom Pizza(⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)唔好以為

卡邦尼意粉就食得多,但要好食就唔容易,但餐廳煮得十分講究,意粉麵條煮得十分煙靱,唔會好軟好粉漿咁,而且條條分明瀝乾晒水,變左掛上醬汁既時間特別濃沃野味。醬汁方面有濃濃既蛋黃香氣,配上忌廉同培根既油香,提升左成個意粉既味道層次。

Truffle Mushroom Pizza(⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)
唔好以為呢個松露pizza會比平時食開既蕃茄醬pizza淡口,未擺入口已經聞到呢個pizza十分濃既松露香味,而且菇香亦都十分有層次,唔會只係得松露味,pizza面頭都有好多塊蘑菇,加上拉絲既芝士,令到成個口味都唔會單調,2個人都食得晒呀。

開心果雪糕(⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)
食得意大利餐廳當然要試返個意大利雪糕啦,雪糕入口十分之軟滑,完全唔會有雪霜口感,而係啖啖都好似忌廉咁細滑。味道方面,有十分香濃既牛奶香甜味,加上開心果既果仁香味,簡直係味覺既高瑞享受!

洋甘菊茶(⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💢)
食過美食,最好就配返杯熱飲解膩,餐廳既洋甘菊用左英國名牌子,配上銀色茶壺,令到個人都高格調左。好喜歡餐廳既洋甘菊,有好清香既花味,而且用銀色茶壺保暖,唔會飲飲下就放涼左,值得比like。

榛果避風港(⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💢)
友人就叫左一杯特飲,飲品好似奶昔咁既口感,但味道就十分有層次,除左有牛奶既香甜之外,亦都試到入面榛果既味道,配上面頭既忌廉,令到整個口感提升。
