行完西環碼頭,一行三人就揾下有咩好食,食得西餐多,有時總令人想起中菜,除左上海野同小炒,我一定會揀潮州菜。朋友食過德記,都係讚嘅,就膽粗粗六點半先訂七點半三位。見到餐廳出面係黃金食飯時間有咁多人係門口等(目測:有三十人),相信都係堅野!等左一陣我地都有枱,坐定定後,一個親切嘅伯伯問我地幾位,見到另一位嬸嬸侍應笑臉相迎對客人,有時我覺得,人情味對一間食店都好重要,唔一定下下都要拆完起新野,所以服務係一流的!三個人叫左五樣野,都真係有D眼濶肚窄,先上滷水鵝片,其實無咩特別,而且滷水味唔太濃,平平!蠔仔粥都算OK,蠔都算多,而且有木魚(唔知係唔係咁叫),料係夠,加埋胡椒粉,就更加野味!之後到個甜酸麵,係有比較既情況底下,麵炸得唔脆,有D“林”,曾經食過另一間係外脆內軟既口感,如果問我邊個先係正宗,我就真係唔知,不過‥‥‥我點都係鍾意食香口野,所以佢就真係唔夠脆。呢個炸物,就算我真係鍾意食香口野既人,都覺得馬馬,其實我係睇番個菜名先知自己食緊咩,咬落口就唔算彈牙,不過係果度既推介,但朋友就幾鍾,所以各人有各種喜歡!全晚最鍾意就係隻雞,泊得住酒樓去飲既水準,皮脆肉嫩,重有紫蘇葉炸上,同雞一齊入口
