呢間位於香港大學站附近嘅潮州打冷店,屹立了幾十年,一向都人頭湧湧,通常訂位先可以食到。如果有成10個人食,打冷一定係不二之選。是晚依舊十分旺場,最令人期待的當然是潮洲菜名物—- 糖醋麵🤩,原來糖醋麵是出自上海蘇浙等地傳統麵食,把蛋麵煎香兩面,蘸點陳醋和砂糖進食,酸酸甜甜,開胃飽肚。仲有個比較特別的傳統菜,就係糯米釀大腸,都做得不錯,做法將大腸頭釀入糯米、瑤柱及花生等材料,風乾後才油炸,做出來內軟外酥,油膩感也不太重,可以一試。玉蘭炒飯就不過不失,和普通炒飯差不多。這個倒可以省略不叫。🛎️滷水鵝肉(例)🛎️糯米釀大腸🛎️德記脆皮雞🛎️秘製潮香雞🛎️黃金墨魚卷拼蝦棗🛎️椒鹽鮮魷🛎️蠔仔餅🛎️韭菜豬紅🛎️瑤柱竹笙雜菜煲🛎️玉蘭炒飯🛎️潮式糖醋伊麵 continue reading

抵食,好食,服務好👍🏻 鵝肝香滑,凍烏頭魚鮮味,拼盤乜都有唔使煩,鵝片嫩滑,胡椒豬肚湯正又夠熱,脆皮雞炸得剛剛好,糯米大腸好特別。煎蠔餅就一般,這個有點失望。 continue reading

今日同朋友去咗西環嗰邊半日遊,佢搵到呢間傳統老字號潮州菜,我哋決定試下禮拜六既夜晚唔駛等位之餘仲有好多大大小小吉檯🙈⭐️粟米魚肚羹(例)雖然話係例牌,但係不出嚟都有差唔多六碗😮幾足料,但味道偏淡,要靠加好多胡椒粉調味😅❤️滷水鵝肉片夠入味,份量同肉質都可以,皮唔會太肥,三樣野之中最好食🙂⭐️蠔仔餅(一片)呢個真係好麻麻⋯⋯太硬兼太油,令人失望埋單好似$350左右,老闆同店員服務尚算唔錯,但個人認為絕對有其他更好既選擇🙈 continue reading
