今晚係佐敦完左個talk, 朋友帶我黎食。對狗仔粉毫無概念,原來係咁既。d粉好in un. 蝦米菇底勁香,但唔可以話係湯底,因爲其實佢勁“潔”,係唔會飲到湯既。我平時唔食菜浦架,今次覺得個口感同個粉好夾。有左菜浦就有脆又有林啦!本來以為上脾無得揸住,下脾先有,但原來上下都有。鴨上脾唔係好多地方有。肉味好濃,肉質好滑。因爲人多仲叫左個大雜燴。朋友喜歡個汁話甜甜地好特别,但我個人就覺得麻麻地。蘿蔔豬腸都ok,炆得好林。但豬肚定唔知牛肚就硬左d. 豬皮又太林。
