札幌居酒屋@九龍灣醬油川海老係將啲海蝦炸酥脆有鹹香,做法幾特別,好香口。啲蝦就唔算好大隻,但都裝得幾滿~惠方卷係日本一啲節分食物,入面包住唔同嘅材料,象徵將福氣捲起。不過以前見嗰啲係好似手卷咁一條過好長嘅,依道就切開咗排靚靚,實物整得仲靚過 menu海老惠方卷卷咗好多種食材,有吉列蝦、蟹柳、甜蛋、青瓜同黃瓜漬,無加到飯反而啖啖都係料咁!天然火山石清酒煮馬刀貝用嘅清酒係北海道直送㗎,難怪清酒酒香四溢啦!食落酒味又唔會好濃,依然食到馬刀貝嘅鮮味。馬刀貝真係隻隻都好大隻,好好肉每樣串燒都有兩串,食咗燒栗子薯 ($28)、燒秋葵($28) 同燒開邊手羽串。燒蕃薯好甜~雞翼原隻開邊,雞皮燒得好脆 醬燒豚丼豚肉入味,而我係幾鍾意食蔥嘅 所以咁多洋蔥同蔥有加分~巨峰烏龍茶唔係太甜,唔錯!
