又係舊相回歸時間😎呢間喺紅橋嘅小店係我其中一間口袋餐廳!有 friend 入嚟屯門都會介紹下!💰雖然貴錢偏貴,又多人排隊,不過勝在夠特別,由裝修到 menu 都好有心思。每次去店員都會好有耐性咁同你講解佢哋嘅餐廳理念,教你點享受「鮮味x珈琲」。🏮大燈籠、👺魔鬼面具,主題突出鮮明,好有日本嘅感覺,而 menu 佢哋都會不時按天、地、海 3款為主題不斷改良,👨🏻🍳體現到日本嘅專人精神!今次放嘅相已經一段時間,😅佢 3月又 updage 咗一次 menu,不過我未得閒去食,真係經過親都排長龍,但都介紹下畀大家啦!佢哋嘅頂立麵🍜係自家研發,睇落似烏冬,但有比較彈牙、爽滑,口感介乎太麵同烏冬之間,😊而湯底就以魚介為基礎,唔會太濃太油膩,鮮味而有層次!🐣天•頂立 $95我之前食嘅「天•頂立」係秘製當歸雞白魚介湯底,同最新嘅黑蒜油雞白魚介湯唔同,奶白色嘅濃湯底有淡淡藥材嘅回甘,魚介味唔算太突出,飲完珈琲之後湯底會變酸,好特別!而我食嗰陣係配豚肉腩叉燒,肉質腍身,外面炙燒得濃濃哋,好香口,不過而家轉咗慢煮鹿兒島雞胸,唔知好唔好食呢?🦐海•頂立 $95相比雞湯,我更鍾意蝦湯!呢個由清酒、蝦頭,龍蝦殼熬

相比雞湯,我更鍾意蝦湯!呢個由清酒、蝦頭,龍蝦殼熬製而成嘅湯底鮮味十足!夾埋大大塊腐皮,啲湯汁吸收晒,勁甜勁鮮,真係好正!

提拉米蘇係即叫即製嘅,可以自己揀軟硬度。硬身版本嘅手指餅比較脆,咖啡味唔算太重,冧酒和酒香味都好濃郁,甜而不膩!

🥃冷萃茶 +$70轉鬼套餐
冷萃茶甘香濃郁,飲落有水果清香,微微帶酸,飲前飲口烏冬湯底都會有唔同味道,好特別嘅體驗!
PS:講講下好想叫個外賣上樓食𠻹!🥰
