今日突然想食拉麵,即刻上網search吓邊間拉麵舖好食,搵到呢間頂立,即刻去試吓。舖頭位置好方便,舖頭唔算多位,要等咗一陣先有得入座。雖然要等位,但係舖頭都好有誠意,喺出邊已經俾定個Menu我哋睇,仲同我哋介紹佢哋拉麵嘅特色。食物選擇唔多,證明佢哋對自己嘅拉麵好有信心,加錢可以享受埋佢哋個咖啡有更完整嘅體驗。叫咗雞白湯同埋蝦湯各一。雞白湯濃得來唔會覺得膩,一啖咖啡一啖湯,會覺得湯嘅味道升華咗。個人嚟講更加鍾意蝦湯,成個味都好鮮,成個湯飲晒都唔會覺得口渴,配埋個咖啡,after taste有少少威士忌味,真係好夾。每個拉麵都會配埋無花果乾,望吓佢個推薦食法,原來係俾我哋配埋個肉食。煙煙韌韌嘅無花果乾,陪襯返個豚肩肉,肉嘅味道唔會膩。就算齋飲個咖啡,都feel到佢咖啡個誠意,入口先係少少士多啤梨同雲呢拿味,到中段會有威士忌味,成件事好有層次。一個完整嘅Menu最後一定要有埋甜品,甜品係一個昭和硬布丁,佢個味似cream brûlée,會食到好有質感嘅布丁,襯埋個焦糖好香。係香港想食拉麵周圍都有,估唔到頂立比到驚喜我,完全感受佢個誠意同用心。

朋友推介嚟試,適逢放假就過去食碗麵,果然無介紹錯。欣賞佢哋嘅拉麵選擇用無花果、粟米筍做Topping,的確每次食咩拉麵始終會有個油膩感,佢哋呢個安排可以中間可以調劑一下,非常好👍🏻佢哋個叉燒,食得出係自己整,側邊嘅皮能夠燒到乾身之餘,保持到中間嘅肉仍然係嫩滑,冇辦法唔食晒👍🏻至於面方面,睇介紹佢哋係自己手做,基本上我本人係鍾意食較硬身嘅面,所以佢哋麵質我OK👍🏻本身我都以為一碗麵會唔夠食,不過我實在太天真,始終拉麵嘅香,係源自於麵湯嘅油份之內,的確食完成碗之後,非常之滿足,所以大男人嚟食唔使驚,一定食得飽你👍🏻最後難得一嚟,我加咗個套餐要埋佢杯cold Brew+芝士蛋糕,cold brew 的確有樓面細佬介紹嘅嗰陣果香,冇介紹錯,配合拉麵食一流,咖啡友一定要為咗佢地杯咖啡過嚟試吓配合拉麵品嚐👍🏻我5點左右食完,凌晨都未肚餓,因為芝士蛋糕非常之好食,我最憎d人淨係嫌咩唔夠大件,或者唔夠大碗, bull shxt,只要一樣食材,佢係落足料有餘的話,你基本上夠食就已經可以好飽好滿足,貪字得個貧,我成日懷疑啲人嫌出邊食飯唔夠大碗嘅嗰啲人,係比較搵野夾硬挑剔🤓要食飽到嘔,而唔係識品嚐佢嘅味道的

夾硬要我挑剔嘅話,咁我唯有挑剔佢地方細,出邊難泊車,阿叔我揸架車過嚟,都等咗一陣先至搶到位, 但係我又唔想佢哋呢種style變大間,食拉麵細細間先有風味,希望佢就算開分店都好,都係保持咁細間,麻雀雖小五臟俱全俱👍🏻
